Job summary

An international consulting and engineering company is seeking a Junior Project Manager for Solar and Battery projects in Metro Manila. This role involves project planning, coordination, reporting, and ensuring quality standards on site. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and have 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, particularly in the renewable energy sector. Qualifications

• Support communication with the Client, Contractors, Vendors, and Site teams.
• Prepare regular project progress reports, dashboards, and planning summaries.

In line with our increasing business, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager- Solar and Battery to manage Solar and Battery project in the Manila.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules for solar PV and battery farm projects
• Support planning activities using tools such as MS Project / Primavera P6 / Excel
• Track project progress against baseline schedules and highlight delays or risks
• Support look-ahead planning and weekly/monthly progress updates

Project Coordination

• Support communication with the Client, Contractors, Vendors, and Site teams
• Facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, and issuing minutes
• Tracking and monitoring of the project deliverables internally and externally

Reporting & Monitoring

• Prepare regular project progress reports, dashboards, and planning summaries
• Monitor key milestones, deliverables, and interfaces between solar and BESS scopes
• Assist in tracking variations, risks, and mitigation actions

HSE & Quality Support

• Support implementation of HSE and quality requirements on site
• Assist in ensuring project activities comply with local regulations and client standards

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, planning, or scheduling
• Experience with solar PV and/or battery energy storage projects is highly preferred
• Exposure to renewable energy construction projects in the Philippines is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of PVsyst simulation and EYA report is an advantage
