Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil and structural construction activities at site. Ensure works follow drawings, specs, statements, and schedules.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure safety compliance per plans and IS codes.
• Coordinate with civil contractors, structural consultants, MEP teams; review method statements and drawings.
• Track progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports; maintain site records.
• Review drawings and BOQs; verify quantities and ensure proper documentation for approvals.
