Job summary

SNS Construction and Supply OPC is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring work aligns with plans, specs, and safety standards.

The successful candidate will read drawings, coordinate with teams, manage resources, and report progress, with on-site travel to different project locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• Experience in construction site supervision preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure that construction works are carried out according to approved plans, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality of workmanship.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and other construction drawings.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, material requests, and work schedules.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure that materials are properly received and utilized.
• Identify site issues, delays, defects, and coordinate appropriate solutions.

About the role
