Job summary

Linxon in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Site Engineer – OCS to supervise installation of the Overhead Catenary System for the NSCR project, ensuring compliance with IFC drawings, project specs, and Philippine regulations. You will lead site teams and monitor subcontractors while upholding safety and quality.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with 5+ years in OCS/OHE or heavy rail projects, and willingness to work across NSCR locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
REE advantageous but not mandatory.
Safety training certificates preferred.
Minimum 5+ years in OCS/OHE installation.
Experience with heavy rail or metro rail projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise OCS works, including foundations, mast erection, and wire stringing.
Ensure compliance with IFC drawings, specs, and EN/IEC standards.
Direct and monitor subcontractors and site workforce.
Implement ITP and QA/QC procedures on site.
Maintain safety via PTW/LOTO/JHA and toolbox talks.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and coordinate interfaces.
Assist testing, commissioning, and integrated system testing.
