Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract and commercial management in heavy industries.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out.
• Negotiate terms and amendments; document changes.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams.
• Monitor payments, milestones, and subcontractor obligations.
• Draft contractual correspondences and participate in negotiations.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to the company.
