Job description

• Monitor and supervise the progress of land development works to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

• Monitor and supervise the construction progress of project amenities and ensure timely completion in accordance with established standards.

• Coordinate with Project Managers regarding issues, concerns, and other matters related to assigned projects to support efficient project implementation and continuous improvement.

• Conduct regular site inspections and provide updates on project status and accomplishments.

• Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety requirements, and engineering standards.

• Prepare and submit progress reports and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience

• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

• With experience in both vertical and horizontal construction projects

• Knowledgeable in construction methods, plans, and technical specifications
