Job summary

ESCO Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer - Implementation to oversee and execute on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of commercial AV systems. You will lead on-site activities across corporate boardrooms to large-scale event spaces, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and is willing to be assigned to different project sites, with 1 year AV field experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
• Preferably 1 year of work experience in the AV field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Execution: Oversee and manage the on-site installation of commercial AV systems.
• Technical Support: Configure, test, and troubleshoot AV systems to ensure flawless operation.
• Leadership: Act as the on-site technical lead, guiding the team and coordinating project activities.
• Quality & Timelines: Monitor progress to meet deadlines and ensure high quality installations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer - Implementation to oversee and execute the on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of commercial audio-visual systems. You will serve as the technical lead on-site, ensuring that projects—ranging from corporate boardrooms to large-scale event spaces—are completed on time, meet quality standards, and function flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Installation & Execution: Oversee and manage the on-site installation of commercial audio-visual (AV) systems.

• Technical Support: Configure, test, and troubleshoot AV systems to ensure flawless operation.

• Leadership: Act as the on-site technical lead, guiding the team and coordinating project activities.

• Quality & Timelines: Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met and all installations adhere to high quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering

• Preferably with 1 year of work experience in the AV field or equivalent.

• Expertise in installing, testing, and commissioning CCTV (IP cameras, VMS), Control Systems (access control, biometrics), and Integrated Security platforms.
  Knowledgeable in Crestron, Extron and QSC Configurations.

• Can read construction drawings: Schematic Diagram, Rough in Ins, Elevation plans.

• Has good written and verbal communication skills

• Willing to be assigned in different project sites
