Job summary

JMI Builders is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day technical and engineering execution of construction works, translating drawings into site actions and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a PRC license, 3–5 years of site experience, and strong command of AutoCAD, BIM tools, Primavera P6, and ERP systems. Willingness to relocate and work extended hours is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field and PRC licensure.
3–5 years of construction/site engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of building construction, roads, and site operations.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and BIM/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

Ensure assigned works are properly executed according to approved plans, specifications, schedule, and method statements.
Ensure production targets are met on a daily/weekly basis.
Ensure work meets drawings, specifications, quality, and inspection requirements.
Resolve or escalate technical issues that affect progress.
Coordinate with Project Management, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics for material availability.
Monitor manpower deployment and subcontractor performance.
Maintain daily reports, inspection records, measurements, and photos.
Ensure safety requirements are followed.
Ensure work areas are ready for turnover.
