Job summary

PALACE CONSTRUCTION INC. is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to oversee on-site execution of diverse construction projects in Bacolod City.

You will lead supervision, coordinate with architects and PMs, and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, has at least 5 years of on-site experience, and can read drawings while using AutoCAD and project management tools to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of site engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site construction activities.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare daily reports and site records.
• Provide technical guidance to the construction team.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements.
