Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. (DEMPSEY) is seeking a Site Engineer for Laguna-based projects with Greater Manila coverage. You will supervise residential and fit-out construction, monitor progress, and coordinate with clients and trades to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a PRC-licensed Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and preferably AutoCAD knowledge. Overtime pay applies; office in Laguna with projects across NCR and nearby provinces.

Qualifications

Must be PRC-licensed Civil Engineer.
3–5 years of residential or fit-out experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word).
AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
Driving is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Supervise residential and fit-out construction.
Monitor projects and ensure on-schedule completion.
Coordinate with clients, representatives and trades.
Prepare cost estimates and material requisitions.
Submit daily/weekly reports and site documents.
