Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a PRC-licensed Civil Engineer to supervise residential and fit-out construction projects in Laguna, with ongoing work in Greater Manila. The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and optional AutoCAD knowledge.

A valid driver’s license is required for site visits and coordination. Salary range is 25k–35k PHP monthly, with negotiable allowances.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential and fit-out construction.

• Submit daily/weekly site reports and documents.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping standards.
