Job summary

The position emphasizes adherence to ENGIE ethics, health and safety rules, and strict following of preventive maintenance schedules, with responsibilities spanning reporting, planning, and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team for facilities management activities.
• Advise and lead the technical investigations for rectification works.
• Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
• Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
• Carry out ad-hoc projects, maintenance or repair work as assigned.
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
• Plan and develop the technical officer skills.
• Assist the Site Manager in liaising with client for all works.
• Prepare monthly report.
• Analyze power consumption.
• Follow the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Implement preventive measures in case of technical problems.
• Plan and manage operation tasks of the shift.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of units.
• Submit monthly staff overtime summaries.
• Plan and manage supply of consumables, spare-parts and OEM visits.
• Follow Engie ethics, health and safety rules.
• Follow client house rules.
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as determined
