Cleanvironment Waste Management Services Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer to plan and oversee construction activities, coordinate with clients, and ensure projects meet budget and schedule.
The role requires a licensed Civil Engineer with at least 3 years in design and pipeline works, plus proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and strong project management.
You will prepare progress reports, bid documents, and report to the Project Manager to resolve on-site issues.
Site Engineers manage the planning and execution of construction projects and delegate responsibilities to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and successfully. They coordinate with clients, monitor site progress, and ensure that project goals are achieved within budget and schedule.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery of project needs.
Monitor site progress and coordinate closely with clients and stakeholders.
Maintain project budgets and implement adjustments as necessary.
Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
Prepare progress billings and weekly accomplishment reports.
Resolve on-site issues promptly and ensure targets for completion are met.
Assist in the preparation of bidding documents and cost estimates.
Report directly to the Project Manager regarding project status and updates.
Track performance and evaluate progress against key project milestones.
Document and report project developments to clients and internal teams.
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in design and engineering work.
At least 3 years’ experience in pipeline/pipelaying works.
Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering/design software.
Knowledge of surveying methods and equipment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks within budget and schedule.
Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and resolve unexpected issues effectively.
