Job summary

Cleanvironment Waste Management Services Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee planning and execution of construction projects at our Iloilo site, coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet budget, schedule, and safety requirements.

The role requires a licensed Civil Engineer with at least 3 years in design and 5 years in pipeline projects, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. You will monitor progress, prepare reports, and assist in bidding and cost estimation to drive

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering and valid professional license.
• Minimum 3 years in design/engineering; 5+ years in pipeline works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of surveying methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate closely with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain project budgets and implement adjustments as necessary.
• Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
• Prepare progress billings and weekly accomplishment reports.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and ensure targets for completion are met.
• Assist in the preparation of bidding documents and cost estimates.
• Report directly to the Project Manager regarding project status and updates.
• Track performance and evaluate progress against key project milestones.
• Document and report project developments to clients and internal teams.
