Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce strategies to improve quality, safety, and efficiency of formworks, rebar installation, and concrete pouring.
• Coordinate with engineers and planners to optimize formwork, rebar, and concrete resources.
• Ensure adherence to specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards across all formwork, rebar, and concreting activities.
• Review and approve rebar cutting lists, formwork layouts, and installation sequences.
• Coordinate with batching plants, logistics, and field teams to prepare for concrete pours with proper mix design and curing.
• Lead toolbox meetings and pre-pour conferences to align workforce and equipment.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs to assess readiness and troubleshoot issues.
• Supervise fabrication, installation, stripping, and stacking of formworks.
• Oversee rebar cutting, bending, and tying per drawings.
• Manage the concrete pouring process, ensuring delivery, vibration, curing, and pour documentation.
