Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily bridge construction activities at the project site, ensuring work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and schedule.

The role includes supervising workers, subcontractors, and equipment on site, and monitoring key processes such as rebar installation, formworks, concrete pouring, excavation, pile/foundation, and bridge structural works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the bridge project site.
• Ensure bridge works follow approved plans, specifications, and project schedule.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, and equipment on site.
• Monitor activities such as rebar installation, formworks, concrete pouring, excavation, pile/foundation, and bridge structural works.
• Check the quality and proper execution of construction works.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Monitor availability and proper use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and updates on site activities.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the bridge construction area.
• Assist in measuring and checking completed works for progress billing and documentation.
• Perform other duties related to bridge construction as assigned by the Presinet / General Manager
