Job summary

Strategic-Tek Groupe Corp. is seeking a Civil Engineer to monitor construction activities, supervise sites, and coordinate technical requirements for ongoing projects in Metro Manila.

The role involves reviewing drawings, managing progress, and ensuring compliance with standards and client expectations. You will liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers, maintaining quality records and project documentation while supporting the Project Manager with scheduling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) with valid credentials.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction, project management, construction management, or related field.
• Experience in fit-out, commercial, residential, or building construction is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, specifications, and standard construction practices.
• Familiarity with construction project scheduling, progress monitoring, quantity measurement, and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project team members.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday or according to project requirements.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Construction Monitoring and Site Supervision to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Technical Review and Coordination of drawings, submittals, and method statements.
• Project Progress Monitoring with reports on schedule, manpower, materials, and progress.
• Quality Control and Inspection coordinating inspections, testing, and approvals.
• Site Coordination through meetings and coordination with stakeholders.
• Documentation and Reporting of site records, drawings, RFIs, and progress updates.
• Other Responsibilities as assigned by Project Manager or Management.
