Job summary

Asian Technicon Managers & Consultants, Inc. seeks a Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects on-site in Makati, with 5–10 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

You will ensure safety compliance, collaborate with architects and contractors, and monitor progress from inception to completion. The role requires strong knowledge of contract administration, project implementation, and QC, plus proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering required; PRC license is an advantage but not required.
• Minimum 6 years of construction industry experience.
• Experience with vertical and horizontal construction operations.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Administration, Project Implementation, and Quality Control procedures.
• Familiarity with Project Planning, Monitoring, and Control processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Requirements

• Candidates must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Must have at least six (6) years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in actual field operations, including both vertical and horizontal construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Administration, Project Implementation, and Quality Control procedures.
• Familiarity with Project Planning, Monitoring, and Control processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and AutoCAD.
• Professional Civil Engineer (PRC Licensed) is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Amenable to work anywhere in Luzon.
