Job summary

JY Bontilao Construction and Enterprises is seeking a Site Civil Engineer/Site Architect to oversee multiple projects at various sites, including supervision, inspections, material ordering, scheduling, and reporting to the Project Manager.

The ideal candidate holds a licensed Site Civil Engineer or Site Architect qualification, is proficient in Primavera and AutoCAD, and can handle tight deadlines with overtime when required. A driver's license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Site Civil Engineer or Site Architect with relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with Primavera and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of building materials and cost estimation.
• Willing to work overtime and be reassigned.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Overall project administration including estimate, take-off, materials, scheduling.
• Estimate billing of materials and quantity based on approved payment schedules.
• Prepare project construction schedule and monitor operations flow.
• Implement the assigned permanent scope of works of project construction documents, especially contract, plans and specifications.
• Control risks associated with the identified risks assigned to the scope of works of the projects.
• Prepare and submit project accomplishment reports weekly to the Project Manager/General Manager.
• Inspect site for quality control and project construction safety and health program.
• Perform other tasks as directed.
