Vena Energy Services (Australia) Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a site-based Electrical Engineer to oversee BOP construction for a utility-scale wind farm. You will supervise cabling, substations, and transmission line works, ensuring QA/QC and alignment with project specs, standards, and schedules.

Willingness to be on-site in Rizal or Quezon Province is required; prior wind sector experience and knowledge of the Philippine Grid Code are highly valued.

Formación

• Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction engineering experience in power generation.
• Wind power project experience preferred; strong knowledge of Philippine Grid Code, PEC, and international standards.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor BOP contractor work for cabling, substation and transmission line establishment.
• Support communication with contractors and authorities on electrical scope.
• Manage site-based Quality Controller and Electrical Engineer teams.
• Oversee Grid Connection Agreements with grid operators.
• Assist in Contract Management Plans and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Verify contractor deliveries meet quality specs and maintain QA records.
• Provide daily progress reports and sign-off of completed works.
• Demonstrate Safety Leadership and conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments.
