• Coordinate site acquisition activities including site identification, evaluation, and documentation.
• Process and monitor permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for site approval.
• Liaise with landlords, local government units (LGUs), and stakeholders.
• Track progress of site acquisition and provide regular status reports.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of site documents (contracts, permits, technical requirements).
• Support negotiation and contract preparation with property owners.
• Work closely with engineering, construction, and project teams to meet rollout timelines.
• Maintain organized records of all SAQ-related documents and databases.
