Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Lead to drive telecom infrastructure projects across the Philippines. You will identify sites, negotiate with owners, obtain permits, and coordinate with RF, engineering, and construction teams to ensure readiness.

The role requires 3–5+ years in SAQ/ROW, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven communication and negotiation skills to manage landlords and government units through complex rollout programs (LTE/5G).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years in telecom site acquisition (SAQ) or Right of Way (ROW).
• Strong knowledge of permitting, right-of-way and local regulations.
• Experience with landlords, government units, and vendors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Experience in telecom rollout projects (LTE/5G).
• Familiarity with RF/site design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable sites for telecom infrastructure (towers, rooftops, etc.).
• Manage negotiations with property owners, landlords, and local authorities.
• Secure permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals required for site development.
• Coordinate with engineering, RF, and construction teams to ensure site readiness.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.
• Ensure all acquisition activities meet legal, environmental, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking of all sites.
