Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Signavio Application Support & Governance Consultant to manage day-to-day operations, governance, and support of the SAP Signavio platform. You will be the main contact for access, incidents, and changes, while mentoring junior team members.

The role requires 4+ years IT experience with 2+ in BPM/process mining, hands-on Signavio expertise, and SAP Signavio certification. Hybrid working model with international exposure is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT, including 2+ years in BPM, process mining, or SaaS platform operations.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Governance, Process Insight/Intelligence)
• SAP Signavio certification
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams

Responsibilities

• Administer Signavio users, roles, and permissions
• Handle incidents and service requests related to Signavio
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
• Coordinate changes and improvements on the platform
• Collaborate with SAP (TAM) and internal IT/business stakeholders
• Work within agile, waterfall, or ticket-based delivery models
