Job summary

Techilaservices is seeking a Process Mining Consultant with a strong data engineering foundation to join our BPM consulting team in the Philippines. You will extract, transform, validate, and analyze process data using SQL, Python, and Signavio capabilities to turn event-log data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities include building data pipelines, integrating SAP and non-SAP data, and developing dashboards to identify bottlenecks, cycle times, and conformance deviations across P2P, O2C,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in data engineering, data integration, analytics, or process mining.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and SAP Signavio Process Insights.
• Strong SQL skills for querying relational databases and data transformations.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, event logs, and data quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines for SAP Signavio Process Intelligence including ETL/ELT activities.
• Integrate data from SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other sources via connectors, APIs, files, or DB interfaces.
• Prepare event logs with case IDs, activities, timestamps, and attributes.
• Develop SQL and Python scripts and Signavio transformation logic for large datasets.
• Create dashboards to highlight process variants, bottlenecks, and KPIs.
• Analyze end-to-end processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) and translate findings into improvements.
• Validate data completeness, timestamps, and KPI parity against source systems.
• Participate in workshops for KPI definition and solution design.
• Support testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate in Agile delivery with process owners, analysts, and SAP teams.
