De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde invites applications for a Sign Language Interpreter within the School of Deaf Education and Applied Studies. The role provides sign language and voice interpreting for students and staff, while offering administrative support to SDEAS programs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, with preferred SDEAS coursework, and at least five years of interpreting experience, plus strong customer service and Deaf culture knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with courses preferably included in the SDEAS Approved Academic Qualifications.
• Five years of related work experience in interpreting.
• Superior customer service skills and knowledge about Deaf access, identity, and culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide sign language and voice interpreting to the students and associates of SDEAS and execute administrative support services to activities related to SDEAS programs.
