Job summary

ISS STOXX is seeking a senior information security engineer to protect data, systems, and networks. You will work in the Information Security Office (ISO) with global teams to strengthen security controls, respond to incidents, and implement improvements across security tooling.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of hands-on security engineering, strong communication, and proven ability to write and document security processes. Hybrid work in Makati City is expected, with on-site days required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required.
• 5–10 years of hands-on security engineering experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience designing, implementing, and monitoring controls.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for data, systems, and networks.
• Troubleshooting security and network issues
• Responding to system and network security incidents
• Enabling appropriate security controls to protect data and infrastructure
• Participating in change management processes
• Testing and identifying security vulnerabilities
• Maintaining security best practices and standards
