Job summary

A leading cybersecurity firm is looking for a cybersecurity expert to lead and support security operations. The successful candidate will monitor SIEM platforms, investigate security incidents, and develop security policies. What you will do

• Lead and support security operations as a subject matter expert
• Monitor and manage SIEM platforms for threat detection and response
• Investigate security incidents and perform threat hunting activities
• Work with cross functional teams to implement security controls
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
• Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities
• Recommend improvements to strengthen overall security posture
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies

What we are looking for

• At least 3 to 5 years experience in cybersecurity operations or similar role
• Strong hands on experience in SIEM platform operations
• Experience in incident response and threat hunting
• Good understanding of network security protocols and best practices
• Familiar with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST or GDPR
• Experience using security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection and antivirus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Nice to have

• Security certifications or relevant training
• Experience working in enterprise or managed security environments
