Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking a Lead Security Engineer to design, implement, and optimize SIEM and SOAR capabilities, while mentoring engineers and guiding security operations transformation initiatives.

You will provide technical leadership for SIEM deployments, develop advanced detection use cases, and coordinate with SOC, Threat Hunting, and Incident Response teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience, with strong hands‑on expertise in SIEM and/or SOAR engineering.
• Experience leading small teams, workstreams, or engineering initiatives.
• SOC experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIEM engineering design and implementation across enterprise environments.
• Drive development of advanced detection use cases, correlation rules, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
• Lead development of automated incident response playbooks and orchestration workflows.
• Mentor junior security engineers and analysts; review deliverables for best practices.
