Job summary

Anchor Land Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver to safely transport passengers between Monarch Parksuites - SM MOA and Vice-Versa.

The role requires operating the shuttle in line with relevant laws and company policies, performing daily safety and maintenance checks, and carrying out light maintenance tasks such as oil changes. The driver will also keep the bus clean, store it securely, and inform the Property Manager of any repair needs.

Qualifications

• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Perform minor maintenance duties such as changing the oil.
• Clean the bus as scheduled and/or required.
• Maintain order and discipline on the shuttle bus.

Responsibilities

• Pick-up and drop-off the passenger according to the set daily schedules.
• Advise the Property Manager of any requirements for maintenance or repairs.
• Ensure that the passengers are aware of rules and regulations.
• Keep the shuttle bus safe and secure when not in use.
• Perform other related duties.
