• Communicate politely and professionally with passengers, supervisors, and dispatchers.
• Observe road safety, defensive driving practices, and courteous driving behavior.

• Transport passengers on scheduled routes and designated pick-up and drop-off points
• Ensure timely arrival and departure according to the assigned schedule
• Assist passengers when boarding and alighting, including elderly or disabled passengers when required
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the shuttle bus at all time
• Follow company policies, procedures, and emergency protocols

• Willing to comply with the safety requirements, transportation laws, clients and in Industrial Parks rules and regulations
