Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, 2+ years of shuttle or company driving experience, and a strong focus on safety and professionalism in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License for the assigned vehicle.
• 2+ years of experience as a driver is preferred.
• Good knowledge of traffic rules and local routes.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from pickup/drop-off points according to the shuttle schedule.
• Ensure timely departures and arrivals with safe driving practices.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness and appearance.
• Coordinate with Admin on preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Report accidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly.
• Ensure vehicle documents are up to date and compliant.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies.
• Assist with other driving and administrative duties as assigned.

Shuttle Driver

About the Role

Portmizer Philippines Corporation is looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver to join our team. The role focuses on providing safe, timely, and professional transportation for company employees while ensuring the proper care, cleanliness, and maintenance of the assigned company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from designated pick-up and drop-off points based on the approved shuttle schedule and routes.




• Ensure timely departure and arrival while observing safe and defensive driving practices.




• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.




• Check basic vehicle conditions, including tires, lights, brakes, fluids, fuel level, and other safety-related components.




• Maintain the cleanliness and proper appearance of the company shuttle.




• Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate trip, mileage, fuel, and vehicle records.




• Coordinate with the Admin Department regarding preventive maintenance, repairs, and vehicle servicing.




• Immediately report accidents, delays, vehicle defects, traffic violations, or other transportation-related incidents.




• Ensure required vehicle documents are available and properly maintained.




• Comply with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.




• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality when dealing with employees and management.




• Perform other driving, transportation, and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License appropriate for the assigned vehicle.




• At least 2 years of experience as a Company Driver, Shuttle Driver, Service Driver, or similar position is preferred.




• Good knowledge of traffic rules, road safety regulations, and local routes.




• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and safety-conscious.




• Good communication and interpersonal skills.




• fit and capable of performing basic vehicle inspections.




• Willing to follow assigned schedules and routes.




• Experience driving company or passenger vehicles is an advantage.




• Willing to perform other duties related to the position as assigned by Management.
