Astell Square Inc. in Cebu is seeking a personable, driven Sales & Design Executive to join our growing showroom team.

You will be one of the primary faces of Oppolia Astell Cebu, helping clients turn their ideas into practical and beautiful spaces through custom cabinetry and whole-home solutions. This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and is motivated by turning inquiries into successful projects while meeting sales targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, client relations, interior design, architecture, furniture, cabinetry, construction or related industry preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong design background and excellent interpersonal skills may be considered.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong interest in sales, confidence in dealing with clients, and willingness to work toward targets.

Mansioni

• Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry through project confirmation.
• Assist clients in the showroom, understand needs, and recommend products and design solutions.
• Present products, materials, finishes, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits, including gathering project requirements and measurements.
• Build strong client relationships, follow up on leads, and work toward sales targets.
