Job Description

Position Overview

The B2C Technical Design Associate supports the retail and direct consumer sales process by providing design consultation, space planning, and product specification services to individual clients. This role helps customers visualize their purchases through layout plans and mood boards, translating design ideas into achievable and accurate product orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Work together with the B2C Sales Executive in understanding and translating client’s design preference, space requirements, and budget. With focus on modular cabinet solutions.
• Coordinate with the Sales Executive to create 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, and product selections to guide consumer purchasing decisions
• Prepare quotations and product specifications based on client measurements and design requirements
• Prepare detailed product layouts, space plans, and design renderings using CAD, SketchUp or in-house design software
• Assist the B2C Sales Executives during consultations and virtual design sessions
• Coordinate product configurations, customizations, and other project-specific requirements with the admin, operations and supplier management team
• Coordinate with admin, supplier management, and the operations teams to validate product availability and lead times
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, fabric/finish swatches, and sample materials
• Follow up on design proposals to help convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Capture accurate client measurements and project details for production handover
• Handle design revision requests professionally and within agreed timelines
• Contribute to showroom displays and merchandising arrangements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related creative/technical field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a design consultation or technical sales role (residential projects preferred)
• Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, or equivalent
• Open to be trained in using our in-house design tool for modular cabinet systems.
• Strong aesthetic sense with a passion for interiors, furniture, or lifestyle products
• Able to translate client ideas into practical and achievable design solutions
• Willingness to be trained on basic Project Management skills
• Willing to travel within and outside Cebu for site visits (if needed)
• Willingness to work on weekends and attend client-related PR activities
