Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate.
• Degrees in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Interior design, Art Management or Industrial design will have an advantage.
• At least 1 year of kitchen, bath and furniture sales experience or sales in related products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets.
• Develop strong and lasting relationships with customers.
• Assist in designing customer's homes by confidently mixing different kitchen, bath and furniture styles.
• Partner with all sales team members to create a great and lasting experience for customers.
• Help ensure the showroom environment looks great by straightening and maintaining merchandise.
• Present yourself in a way that represents the brand positively.
• Assist in fostering an energetic and positive work environment.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and transfer knowledge to customers.
