Job summary

Builders Central District in Laguna is seeking a Showroom Lead to manage daily showroom operations and ensure visitors have the most pleasant experience, turning tours into signed engagements.

You will supervise the Admin and Finance Manager, the Junior Production Manager, and showroom staff, coordinate with partner designers and suppliers, and maintain floor standards and handoffs across projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading a customer-facing floor in hospitality or design showroom.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers for design showrooms.
• Experience hosting clients for high-value purchases.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Greet and host every visitor personally.
• Deliver showroom tours and explain how products from partners work together.
• Prepare quotations and close engagements.
• Maintain floor presentation to company standards.
• Coordinate with partners for design handoffs and supplier training.
• Build roster, onboard new hires, and supervise staff.
