Qualifications

• Experience in furniture, home furnishings, retail sales, or other customer-facing roles is preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-service oriented and solution-focused
• Able to listen to customer needs and explain information clearly
• Comfortable using computers, email, POS/payment facilities, and other standard workplace tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work well with customers and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their showroom visit
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product information
• Explain product features, materials, dimensions, prices, discounts, delivery options, and payment methods
• Check product availability using the store inventory system
• Coordinate orders and delivery details with the warehouse and delivery team
• Handle customer questions, complaints, returns, and service concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate customer, order, return, and follow-up records
• Conduct post-purchase follow-ups with customers
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
