The role involves using PriceLabs to optimise occupancy and revenue across Airbnb and Booking.com while handling admin tasks and maintaining accurate property records.

The ideal candidate has hands-on PriceLabs experience, strong English, and the ability to work independently in a proactive, organized manner.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Short Term rental- Airbnb/ Assistant to support the management of a growing short-term rental property portfolio. This is a varied role involving property listings, pricing, online platforms, administration, and day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with online property platforms, managing information accurately, and using pricing tools to help maximise property occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update property pricing using PriceLabs
• Adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, events, and market conditions
• Monitor pricing and help identify opportunities to improve occupancy and revenue
• Manage Airbnb and Booking.com property listings
• Create and update property listings, descriptions, availability, pricing, and other information
• Check listing accuracy and monitor performance
• Assist with the day-to-day administration of short-term rental properties
• Maintain organised property records and information
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the property management team

About you

• Hands-on experience using PriceLabs is essential
• Comfortable navigating and managing pricing through PriceLabs
• Understanding of dynamic pricing or revenue management
• Experience using Airbnb and/or Booking.com
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Property VA, Airbnb VA, Property Management Assistant, Reservations Assistant, or similar role is an advantage
• Short-term rental or property management experience is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and spoken English
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Proactive and able to work independently
