Ascentium Talent Solutions PH Inc. is seeking a Manager – Galley Management to oversee shore-based galley operations and accommodation services across the fleet. You will ensure high food quality, sanitation, and service standards while coordinating with vessels, internal teams, and external suppliers.

The role oversees budgeting, cost control, and staffing for the galley department, with responsibility for training and ensuring HACCP compliance and safety across all vessels.

Qualifications

• Permanent resident status in the Philippines.
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary management, hospitality management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of galley operations, catering, or victualing management experience.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet-wide galley and victualing operations from a shore-based management role.
• Coordinate with third-party victualing providers and monitor service quality.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control discussions for galley operations.
• Mentor Chief Cooks and onboard galley personnel to ensure standards.
• Support recruitment, training, and competency development for galley staff.
