Job summary

GoTeam seeks a results-driven CRO specialist for Cebu City, onsite at IT Park. You will own conversion optimization for a high-AOV Shopify ecommerce operation, focusing on funnel improvements, mobile checkout, BNPL placements, and merchandising decisions that boost revenue per session.

You’ll work with a client-side Marketing lead in Australia, using GA4 and heatmaps to drive real-world wins. The role requires 3–5+ years Shopify CRO experience and a disciplined, evidence-led testing approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on in Shopify ecommerce with a dedicated CRO focus.
• Conversion wins you can point to with real before/after numbers.
• Fluency in GA4 and heatmap/testing tools.
• Evidence-led testing method with small samples acceptable.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park, day shift (6:00 AM–3:00 PM PHT).

Responsibilities

• Drive site-wide conversion rate and revenue-per-session growth.
• Diagnose conversion leaks across product pages, cart, checkout and abandonment paths.
• Translate insights into shipped changes, not slide decks.
• Rebuild mobile PDPs and checkout for mobile-first conversion.
• Optimize BNPL placements and bundle strategy to lift AOV.
