Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of e-Commerce/Application Support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and/or Commerce7.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, ServiceNow, and production support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application and production support for e-Commerce platforms.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues within SLA.
• Administer and maintain Shopify and Commerce7 websites, plugins, and configurations.
• Support REST API integrations with systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, BlueConic, ShipCompliant, and WineShipping.
• Assist with enhancements, testing, deployments, and change requests.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and coordinate with vendors, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and application support procedures.
