Job summary

Radii Global seeks an Application Developer – Cloud Full Stack to support CRM web applications in a retail environment. You will handle L2/L3 incidents, troubleshoot performance issues, and deliver release hotfixes across backend and frontend components.

The role requires hands-on experience across cloud, infra, databases, monitoring, and CI/CD. Strong collaboration with infrastructure, QA, and other teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3.1–6 years of IT/application development experience with at least 2 years in relevant roles.
• Strong full-stack development background with exposure to cloud environments.
• Experience handling production incidents and L2/L3 troubleshooting.
• Ability to investigate issues across application, database, infrastructure, and integration layers.
• Backend development experience in Java, C#/ .NET, Python, or Node.js.
• Frontend development with React.js, Angular.js, or Vue.js.
• Cloud services experience with AWS or Azure.
• Infrastructure/DevOps experience with Jenkins, Spinnaker, Kubernetes, or Docker.
• Database experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Monitoring with Kibana or Grafana; REST APIs, authentication/authorization, CI/CD, production support, ServiceNow.
• Experience in retail, CRM, e-commerce, or high-volume web apps; Shopify integration is an advantage.

Application Developer – Cloud Full Stack

We are looking for an Application Developer – Cloud Full Stack to support CRM web-based applications in a retail distribution environment. The role will be responsible for L2/L3 application support, troubleshooting performance issues and data inconsistencies, and delivering release hotfixes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across backend, frontend, cloud, infrastructure, databases, monitoring, and CI/CD technologies.

Key responsibilities

Own and resolve L2/L3 incidents involving CRM web-based applications.

Troubleshoot application performance issues, system errors, and data inconsistencies.

Develop, test, and deploy application fixes and release hotfixes.

Support backend and frontend application components.

Work with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and authentication mechanisms.

Monitor application health and performance using monitoring and logging tools.

Support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.

Manage and track incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.

About you

3.1-6 years of overall IT/application development experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Strong full-stack development background with exposure to cloud environments.

Comfortable handling production incidents and L2/L3 troubleshooting.

Able to investigate issues across application, database, infrastructure, and integration layers.

Backend development experience with Java, C# / .NET, Python, or Node.js.

Frontend development experience with React.js, Angular.js, or Vue.js.

Cloud services experience with AWS or Azure.

Infrastructure / DevOps experience with Jenkins, Spinnaker, Kubernetes, or Docker.

Database experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, SQL and NoSQL databases.

Monitoring experience with Kibana or Grafana.

Experience with REST APIs, authentication and authorization, CI/CD, production application support, incident and problem management, and ServiceNow.

Experience in retail, CRM, e-commerce, or other high-volume web applications is an advantage.

Experience with Shopify backend/integration is an advantage.
