Job summary

Power Mac Center seeks a Senior Cloud & E‑Commerce Architect to lead the Shopify Plus ecosystem, architect scalable AWS-based solutions, and oversee enterprise integrations across ERP, CRM, and OMS.

You will drive security, incident management, and performance optimization while mentoring teams and coordinating with vendors to deliver fast, reliable digital commerce experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in E-Commerce, M-Commerce, AWS Cloud, Shopify Plus, ERP, and integration
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on networking, server security, incident management, and vendor mgmt
• AWS Serverless, AWS Architecture, CI/CD, GraphQL, API mgmt, and CX focus

Responsibilities

• Design scalable cloud solutions using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, CloudFront)
• Oversee middle-ware and integrations between Shopify, SAP B1, Octopus POS, OMS, CRM
• Develop and manage APIs, plugins, and enterprise apps to support business needs
• Ensure security, data privacy, incident management, and DR readiness

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance the Shopify Plus ecosystem, including third-party integrations and platform compliance.

• Design scalable cloud solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, and CloudFront.

• Oversee middleware and integrations between Shopify, SAP B1, Octopus POS, OMS, CRM, and loyalty systems.

• Develop and manage APIs, plugins, and enterprise applications to support business requirements.

• Ensure system security, data privacy compliance, incident management, and disaster recovery readiness.

• Support digital sales initiatives, flash sales, and product launches by assessing technical feasibility.

• Optimize platform performance to deliver fast page loads and high availability.

• Drive innovation through scalable and reusable solutions that enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in E-Commerce, M-Commerce, AWS Cloud, Shopify Plus development, ERP, software engineering, software development, and application integration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Hands-on experience in networking, server security, application security, incident management, and vendor management.

• Strong technical expertise in AWS Serverless, AWS Architecture, AWS Security, CI/CD, Shopify Plus, GraphQL, API Management, OMS/CMS, ERP, CRM, ITSM, analytics, UI/UX, and customer experience (CX).

• Solid understanding of operating system security, including Windows Server and Linux environments.

• Familiarity with application security vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques.

• AWS certification is an advantage.
