Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead the shipping/receiving operations and ensure accurate, timely handling of goods.

You will develop cost-efficient logistics strategies, oversee partners and vendors, conduct inspections to resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy across the operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
• Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategies to minimize shipping and receiving costs and coordinates with partners/vendors to manage logistics and transportation of goods.
• Conducts regular inspections to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement, and develops plans to optimize the department's efforts.
• Implements standard processes and best practices to improve shipping and receiving efficiency.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the shipping and receiving department, supervises team members, and provides guidance and support.
