You will lead navigation, cargo and ballast operations, ensure GMDSS readiness, manage risk, and mentor officers and crew. This contract/temporary position requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to security and safety.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, flag state regulations.
• Proficiency in navigation, cargo and ballast operations, and GMDSS equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, team coordination, and mentoring abilities.
• Willingness to adopt modern software and technologies for vessel operations.
