The Master will lead with strong navigation and bridge/GMDSS expertise, mentor officers and coordinate all voyage activities, reporting in line with regulatory requirements and company policy.

Qualifications

• Master must know SOLAS, MARPOL, flag state regs and emergency response.
• Proficient in navigation, cargo and ballast operations; bridge/GMDSS equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Execute voyages safely and in compliance with all rules and company policies.
• Ensure safe and efficient vessel operations while prioritising crew welfare.
