Job summary

ENGIE Services (Philippines) is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer to lead a facilities management team in Pampanga. The role requires overseeing HVAC maintenance, investigations, and preventive maintenance, while coordinating with contractors and the Site Manager to ensure safety and compliance.

The candidate will produce technical reports, develop technician skills, and ensure proper documentation of all procedures and activities, including monthly overtime summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Licensed Engineer certification is mandatory.
• Certification in facilities management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team for facilities management activities.
• Advise and lead technical investigations for rectification works.
• Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
• Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults.
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
• Carry out ad-hoc projects, maintenance or repair work as assigned.
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
• Plan and develop the technical officer skills.
• Assist Site Manager in liaising with client for all works.
• Submit monthly staff overtime and prepare monthly reports.
• Plan and manage supply of consumables, spares and OEM visits.
• Strictly follow Engie ethics, health and safety rules.
• Maintain professionalism with residents, vendors, contractors, and staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To lead a team for facilities management activities
• Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
• Liaising with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
• Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
• To carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
• To ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
• To plan and develop the technical officer skills
• To assist the Site Manager in liaising with client for all works
• Prepare monthly report
• Analyzation of power consumption
• Ensure zero accident
• Strictly follow the preventive maintenance schedule
• Able to take the preventive measures in case of technical problem.
• Plan and manage the operation tasks of his shift.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the units
• Submit monthly summary of staff overtime every end of the month
• Plan and manage the supply of necessary consumables, spare-parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) visit.
• Strictly follow Engie ethics, health and safety rules.
• Follow established policies and those outlined in the client's house rules.
• Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
