REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• With hands‑on experience in facilities operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory*/ /
• Ability to supervise technicians and contractors across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and O&M manuals.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated competence in supervising facilities operations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment, ensuring uninterrupted support to production processes.
• Strong technical expertise in critical utility systems including HVAC, cleanroom environmental controls, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum, process exhaust, and specialty gas support systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities across all facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility services.
• Manage facility budgets and control operational costs.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues.
• Oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and space planning.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspections.
• Train and evaluate maintenance staff performance.
• Ensure security systems and protocols are functioning properly.

SALARY RANGE: 25,000 – 28,000

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday
