Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is looking for a qualified candidate for a supervisory role in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have at least 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required.
• Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations/Restaurant or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set efficiency targets for quality finished goods.
• Support food safety and sanitation processes.
• Monitor quality of raw materials and finished goods.
• Oversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment.
• Set schedules and communicate to production teams.
• Effectively manage personnel to accomplish daily tasks.

Education
