Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for its Iligan flour mill to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency during shifts. You will perform real-time mechanical troubleshooting, condition-based monitoring, and calibrations while upholding strict food safety standards.

Responsibilities include leading emergency repairs, vibration monitoring, and coordinating with planners for parts, all within GMP/HACCP/ISO guidelines. Night shifts and PPE are provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (LME).
• Minimum of 1 year in industrial mechanical maintenance, manufacturing, or processing plant operations.
• Proficient in interpreting mechanical/electrical schematics and troubleshooting electro-pneumatic systems.
• Experience with vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and instrument calibration.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy for shift reporting.
• Willing to work night shifts in a flour mill environment with PPE provided.

Mansioni

• Troubleshooting & maintenance during shift disruptions to minimize downtime.
• Condition-based monitoring: vibration and thermal imaging.
• Oversee unloading operations and ensure peak feed rates within time limits.
• Design cost-effective improvement projects and coordinate with planners for spare parts.
• Maintain engineering records and adhere to 5S, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and ISO food safety policies.
