Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in industrial mechanical maintenance, manufacturing, or processing plant operations.
• Proficient in reading mechanical/electrical schematics and troubleshooting electro-pneumatic systems.
• Experience with vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and instrument calibration.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy for shift reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead immediate emergency repairs during shift disruptions to eliminate production downtime.
• Perform equipment calibrations and root-cause analyses for chronic mechanical faults.
• Conduct routine vibration monitoring and thermal imaging.
• Analyze operational performance data to catch potential abnormalities before failures occur.
• Oversee mechanical performance during raw material unloading, ensuring peak feed rates within time limits.
• Design cost-effective improvement projects and coordinate with planners to ensure necessary spare parts are available.
• Maintain engineering records and strictly adhere to 5S, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and ISO food safety and quality policies.
